Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Window Growth Partners, we are committed to providing exceptional lead generation services to window contractors. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, refunds, and service cancellations.

1. No Refund Policy

Important: All payments processed for our services are non-refundable.

Once a monthly retainer payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality or quantity
  • Changes in business circumstances
  • Early termination of services
  • Technical issues with Facebook advertising platform
  • Campaign performance not meeting expectations

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Monthly Retainer Payments

Our services are provided on a monthly retainer basis as agreed in your service agreement. Payment is automatically processed at the beginning of each billing cycle through our approved payment processors (Stripe, Creeme.io, or other authorized platforms).

Charges will appear on your statement as "Window Growth Partners" or a similar descriptor.

3. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel services by providing 30 days written notice via email to:

Important Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email
  • The 30-day notice period begins from the date we receive your cancellation email
  • You will continue to be charged for services during the 30-day notice period
  • No refunds will be issued for payments made during the notice period
  • Services will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your service:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to [email protected]
  2. Include your business name and the reason for cancellation (optional)
  3. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your cancellation request
  4. Your final billing date will be communicated in the confirmation email

4. Facebook Ad Spend

Important: Window Growth Partners does not refund or reimburse Facebook ad spend under any circumstances.

Our monthly retainer covers our professional services including campaign management, ad creation, landing page design, and lead delivery. Facebook advertising costs (ad spend) are separate charges billed directly by Facebook/Meta to your business through your Facebook Ad Account.

We are not responsible for:

  • Refunding Facebook ad spend
  • Reimbursing you for ad costs
  • Covering ad spend in the event of campaign underperformance
  • Facebook billing issues or disputes

Any disputes regarding Facebook ad charges must be resolved directly with Facebook/Meta.

5. Service Scope

Your monthly retainer payment covers:

  • Facebook ad campaign creation and management
  • Custom landing page design and hosting
  • Lead generation and real-time delivery
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Monthly reporting and analytics

Facebook ad spend is not included in the monthly retainer and is your responsibility to fund separately through your Facebook Ad Account.

6. Payment Issues and Billing Questions

If you experience any billing issues, have questions about charges, or need assistance with payment matters, please contact us immediately:

We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors or technical payment issues. However, this does not constitute a guarantee of refunds for completed services.

7. Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails to process:

  • We will attempt to notify you via email
  • You will have 5 business days to update payment information
  • Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 5 business days
  • A late fee may apply for payments received after the due date
  • Continued failure to pay may result in immediate termination of services

8. Service Modifications

Window Growth Partners reserves the right to modify service pricing or terms with 30 days notice. Existing clients will be notified via email of any changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Early Termination by Window Growth Partners

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if:

  • You violate Facebook's advertising policies
  • You fail to make timely payments
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You breach any terms of our service agreement
  • You provide false or misleading information

10. Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services or billing, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to working with our clients to address concerns and find reasonable solutions.

However, this commitment to customer service does not waive our no-refund policy for processed payments.

11. Agreement

By subscribing to Window Growth Partners' services and providing payment information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
